Besides head coaching responsibilities at Becker, Littlefield was an assistant coach at Bridgewater State in Massachusetts from 2004-2007 and helped the Big Green in the fall of 2003 after her graduation from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Littlefield recently was an instructor in Zagreb, Croatia teaching coaching skills needed to develop national youth programs as well as testing and certifying coaches through the International Olympic Committee.

While in college she was a four year starter as well as the captain and team MVP in 2003. She was named All-MASCAC and was a member of the ECAC Division III New England All-Stars.
