Penobscot Bay Open Maine Maritime Academy September 13 & 14 FINAL RESULTS REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS: After only a single A Division race on a windless Saturday, we were able to get through six (6) races on Sunday. An overcast and rainy day with a southerly breeze that filled in up to about 15 knots with a few gusts up to 20 as the day progressed. Though there were a few questionable moments on the race course, no protests were filed. Besides the first race's modified windward/leeward, all of the courses were twice around windward/leewards taking the fleet deep into Smith's Cove.
