| Dartmouth Equestrian Finishes Third at Mt. Ida Show | ||||||||||

NEWTON, Mass. - The Dartmouth equestrian team finished in third place out of 11 teams at the Mt. Ida show on Saturday. The Big Green was behind UNH and Mt. Ida as Dartmouth had three first place finishes. Underclassmen led the way as freshmen Katherine Lindzey (Austin, Texas) and Helena Witte (Fairfield, Conn.) each won their event. Lindzey was first in novice fences while Witte won advanced walk, trot, canter while sophomore Natalie Colaneri (Jericho, N.Y.) won walk, trot. Sam Parsons (Weston, Conn.) finished in second place in open fences while Lauren Rosenbaum (Colorado Springs, Colo.) was second in intermediate fences. Linzey also placed in novice flats, finishing second. On Nov. 1 the Big Green will be back in action at UNH before wrapping up the fall season at UVM on Nov. 7. |
