Dave Jones is in his 20th season with the Dartmouth men’s tennis team. Jones has been playing for or working with head coach Chuck Kinyon since he played for Kinyon’s 1980 Phillips Exeter Academy team.

The 1998 ITA Region I Assistant Coach of the Year has served as the Dartmouth assistant since 1988. Jones is a USPTA teaching professional and is the head tennis professional at the Boss Tennis Center & Alan Gordon Pavilion at Dartmouth. Jones is recognized throughout New England for his excellence in stroke and match analysis.

He has been the USA/Tennis New England Boy’s 18-and-under junior Davis Cup team coach for the past 12 years. During the summer, he is the program director of the Kinyon/Jones Tennis Camp. A native of Exeter, N.H., Jones currently resides in Hanover.
