Q & A with Tyler
I chose Dartmouth for the promise of an education that encompassed more than academics. I knew I wanted a school in which I could take classes with brilliant scholars and students, compete in Division I athletics, and engage myself in a supportive, close-knit community. Dartmouth is the perfect match for me.
How long have you been running and what got you interested?
This is my eigth year of competitive running. I began running cross country in 8th grade because my friends convinced me to try out. I was the Monroe County Section V champion in the 400 hurdles and a New York State Section V champion in the 4x800 Relay. At Dartmouth, I've been a scholar athlete and in the Deans' Honor group multiple times.
