Zach Doherty received three varsity letters in swimming at Pelham Memorial HS in New York, and he captained his team both his junior and senior year.  He attended many championships, such as the New York State Championships, Speedo Sectionals, Senior Mets, and Westchester County Swim Conference.  As a junior and senior, Zach was on the 1st Team in the 50 yd Free, and as a senior, he was Section 1 Sportsman of the Year. 

At Dartmouth, he wants to study Biology and  Pre-Med.

Zach is the son of John Doherty and Lorraine Hale and has one brother and one sister.
