HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth track & field teams will host the first indoor meet of the 2018-19 season Saturday at Leverone Field House.

The Big Green will welcome Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire to Hanover for the early-season showdown, just the second meet of the year for the home team.

Dartmouth began the indoor campaign last weekend at BU's Season Opener, a non-scoring meet that offered members of the team the opportunity to get back on the track for the first time in a competitive setting since the end of the outdoor season last spring.

The women's pentathlon is the first event of the day with the 60m hurdles taking to the track at 9 a.m. The men's long jump is the first of the open events and gets started at 11 a.m. Track events beyond the women's multis begins with the men's 5000m at 11:30 a.m.

The women's 4x400m relay is set for 3:15 p.m. and is the last scheduled event of the day.

This will mark the last meet of the first half of the season for the Green and White, who will return from the holidays with the 50th Annual Dartmouth Relays. The Relays starts on Jan. 11 with the high school meet taking over Leverone for the first two days before the collegiate meet on Sunday, Jan. 13.
