Background:Sam Seiberling was challenged by the coaching staff during the offseason to step up his play for his senior season, and has responded with his best year at Dartmouth. He's caught seven passes for 74 yards and a touchdown through the first eight games in 2005. A biophysical chemistry major, Seiberling plans on entering medical school to become a surgeon. He was captain of both the football and baseball teams at Martin High School in Arlington, Texas, where he was a first team All-District player.
Best class you've taken at Dartmouth: Organic Chemistry. It was time consuming but the professors made it very interesting.
Best non-football related memory: Going fishing with guys on the team during the summer.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up: Troy Aikman
Favorite breakfast food: Anything cooked by master chef Charles Ganske.

Favorite holiday: Thanksgiving. Nothing to do all day but sit around, eat and watch football with your family.
What have you learned through playing football? That hard work and doing things the right way will pay off in the end.
