Dartmouth Jayvee Football Falls to Harvard, 20-7
HANOVER, N.H. -- The Dartmouth jayvee football team lost a 20-7 decision to Harvard on Friday.
The Big Green played a strong first quarter with a pair of key plays. Freshman quarterback
Max Heiges (Tiburon, Calif.) completed a five-yard scoring pass to freshman Will Ferrell (Denver, Colo.) at 11:58.
Two minutes later, freshman defensive back
James O'Brien (Englewood, Colo.) had his first of two interceptions on the day, stopping a Crimson drive.
After a 7-7 deadlock at the half, Harvard scored twice, one in the third and again in the fourth, to seal the win.
The jayvees play a final game of the season on Sunday, November 12, hosting Bridgton Academy at 12 noon.
