BOXING CLUB
Participation levels range from exercise to sparring/competition. Our two volunteer coaches will aid in our workouts which include basic form and punching drills, bag work, target mitt practice, blocking and sparring drills along with aerobic/endurance training and conditioning.

INTEGRATED MARTIAL ARTS CLUB (IMA)
The Integrated Martial Arts Club seeks to give a balanced self-defense skill set to its members by embracing "aliveness" as a training philosophy, including training in striking, clinch, and ground work. All experience and ability levels are welcome.
