MEDITATION & RELAXATION
In this class the focus will be on using and learning methods of meditation and relaxation to help reduce stress and increase well-being and peace-of-mind. These skills have long been shown to enhance many facets of everyday life, from studying to relationships to health. It's fun as well as relaxing. Dress comfortably.
