**NEW CLASS** Ball Fitness / Strength Training Ball Fitness is playful, strong, challenging and Just FUN! Using Pilates principles, Ball Fitness will improve Core Strength, Balance, Coordination and Upper and Lower body strength. We use body weight, dumbells, pilates basics and Large Fitness Balls. Circuit Interval Training \ Total Body Conditioning Conditioning exercises for the whole body using weights, floorwork, and stretching with challenging exercises done to music. Great class for the "total body" lunchtime workout with a "low sweat" atmosphere.

Focus of the program will be on general athleticism and conditioning through core strength, agility and coordination, speed development, explosive power, flexibility, and endurance training. The class will have a strong focus on basic and correct exercise technique, and be a fun/fitness approach to prepare for their other sports. Torso Fitness Conditioning exercises and flexibility to improve the abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles leading to a strong and trim waistline. Focus is on strength, stretch, and safety of the torso and how to have a healthy back.
