Hanover, N.H.- Every player on the Dartmouth bench saw action tonight as the Big Green topped Brown, 61-49. Though Dartmouth led by as many as 18 points in the second half, Brown would not go quietly, including a shot at the buzzer to end the game.
Dartmouth improves to 7-12, 4-1 Ivy while Brown falls to 1-18, 0-5 Ivy.

She was joined in double figures by Brittney Smith (Fort Worth, Texas), who had her third-straight double-double with 12 points, 12 rebounds and Betsy Williams (Norwich, Vt.) who posted 10 points.
It was a back-and-forth affair in the early goings, with Dartmouth leading just 10-9 at 16:25 after Brown's Betsy Jacobson hit a jumper. The Big Green rallied to go on a 9-2 run, however, taking a 19-11 lead at 12:58.

Dartmouth picked up where it left off in the second half, opening on a 10-2 run to take its largest lead of the night, up 44-26 at 16:53 after a Smith jumper. Head Coach Chris Wielgus used a loose rotation, getting valuable minutes to her bench players and critical rest for her starters.
Though the Big Green's lead never dipped below 10 points, Brown continued to fight, cutting the advantage to 11 points, down 51-40 at 7:51. Dartmouth responded to that with a 6-0 run that included four points from Margaret Smith (Fort Worth, Texas) to build the lead back up to 57-40 at 5:44.
The Bears closed the game on a 9-4 run including a last-second shot by Christina Johnson to make the final, 61-49.
