STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut scored in every inning but one as the Dartmouth softball team dropped a midweek game, 12-4 to the Huskies at the UConn Softball Complex on Wednesday.

The home team responded however, with two runs in the fifth and three in the sixth for the final 12-run tally.
Besides Hubert, Clarkson and Ramirez, Kirsten Costello (Windsor, N.Y.), Molly Khalil (Seal Beach, Calif.) and Hillary Barker (Duvall, Wash.) each had hits for the Big Green. Kat Hicks (Templeton, Calif.) began the game in the circle for Dartmouth. The sophomore went 2.0 innings before being replaced by Barker who completed the game. They combined for five strikeouts and eight earned runs.
