Dartmouth College welcomes five new members to its women's basketball team.  In pursuit of their 18th Ivy League Championship, the Big Green women are reloading with an exceptional class of 2015's.  This year's freshman class represents one of the most accomplished, diverse, and talented groups in program history.

Abbey Schmitt
Abbey missed most of her senior year with a torn ACL.  Prior to the injury, Abbey averaged 17 ppg and 9.5 rpg her junior season leading her team to a 28-4 record ... IBCA Class 3A/4A All-State Second Team ... ESPN All-Area Team ... Chicago Sun-Times All-Area Team ... two-time Central Suburban All-Conference Team ... two-time New Trier All-Tournament Team ... two-time Dundee-Crown All-Tournament Team ... Kamala Thompson
McDonald's All American nominee ... NYSSWA Class AA All-State Eighth Team ... two-time All-Long Island First Team (Large School division) ... three-time NSCHSAA All-League First Team ... NSCHSAA League Championship MVP ... St. John the Baptist Best Offensive Player and MVP averaging 10 ppg, 10.7 rpg, 3.3 spg, and 2.7 apg ... St. John the Baptist Coach's Award.
Coach Wielgus on Kamala:  "Kamala can flat out play the game.  She is strong, athletic and skilled.  She can score at the rim and has a quick, accurate release from 3.  She can defend anyone and never backs down.  She will be great fun to watch play."
Milica Toskovic
Ranked the 20th wing in the 2011 class by ESPN HoopGurlz ... averaged 7.8 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.8 apg on the 9th ranked high school team in the country ... played for the U18 and U16 Serbian National teams in the 2011 and 2009 European Championships ... averaged 7.5 ppg and 5.9 rpg at the U18 European Championships in Poland 2011 ... two-time All CIF Second Team ... two-time CA Southern Section All-League Second Team.
Coach Wielgus on Milica:  "Milica is a tall ... strong ... athletic swing who has range to 3.  Her basketball pedigree is outstanding.  She knows the game and has successfully competed at the highest level.  She has experience that this young team will need."
