Outdoor Season Kicks Off This Weekend in South Carolina

HANOVER, N.H. - With the conclusion of the indoor season coming less than a week ago, the Dartmouth men's and women's outdoor track & field teams will begin the spring in Myrtle Beach, S.C., with the Shamrock Invitational this weekend.
The meet, hosted by Coastal Carolina University, will take place at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium and will begin Thursday afternoon and run through early Saturday evening.
This will mark the fourth year in a row that the Big Green's outdoor season will get started with the Shamrock Invitational.
More than 50 teams will compete over the three days in Myrtle Beach with Dartmouth the lone Ivy League representative.
Fans can follow along all weekend with live results HERE.
The Big Green will stay in the Carolinas for another week as they will send split squads to both the Baskin Invitational (Columbia, S.C.) and High Point Invitational (High Point, N.C.) on Saturday, March 24.
