PRINCETON, N.J. – The Dartmouth men's track & field team saw its weekend at the non-scoring Sam Howell Invitational hosted by Princeton come to an end Saturday at Weaver Stadium.
Nico Robinson won his heat and finished fourth overall in the 100m hurdles as he posted a 14.95 (+0.9). Alex Frye, running in the fastest heat of the day, was 10th overall in the same event, crossing the line in 15.26 (+1.1).
Frye also competed in the high jump, clearing 6-6.75/2.0m to take sixth place.
In the 400m, Jalil Bishop claimed ninth in a field of nearly 50 competitors with a 49.56, good enough for second in his section.
Edward Wagner took home third in the 400m hurdles with a 53.30. Wagner ran in the fastest heat of the day as the top four overall spots in the event's final standings all came from his section.
The 200m saw John Abraham win his heat with a time of 22.47, good enough for 21st overall. He also ran in the 100m, claiming 17th in 11.23 (-0.6).
Thomas Servino was sixth in the hammer throw with a 184-2.0/56.13m to his credit, while Jacob Shippee's throw of 191-8.0/58.41m was good for seventh in the javelin.
