Arent Collects Third Rookie of the Week Honor

PRINCETON, N.J. – Makenzie Arent was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week on Monday for her performances in Dartmouth's 2-0 weekend.

This is the third time this season that the Big Green freshman has received the weekly award.

Throughout the weekend, Arent recorded six kills, 62 assists, one ace, 26 digs and two total blocks. She had double-doubles in both matches, registering 26 assists and 13 digs in the 3-0 sweep of Harvard on Friday, and 37 assists and 13 digs against UNH on Saturday.

Classmate Grace Wiczek was named to the honor roll.

Dartmouth will close its six-match homestand this weekend when it hosts Yale and Brown.
