HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women's tennis returned to the court for day two of the Big Green Invite, winning two singles matches and four singles matches on Saturday.
The Big Green went 2-0 in doubles against St. John's. Senior
Racquel Lyn and sophomore
Nicole Conard had a 6-3 victory over Milka Genkova and Camila Ordonez, while senior
Catherine Cable and freshman
Ashley Hess defeated Gabriela Tenorio and Oceane Garibal, 6-1.
In singles, senior
Allison McCann had a three-set victory over Yale's Vivian Cheng, while classmate
Chuyang Guan downed SJU's Jenelle Downer, 6-4, 6-0. Sophomore
Nina Paripovic defeated her opponent from St. John's by a score of 6-2, 6-1, while freshman
Chidimma Okpara had a 7-5, 6-1 win over Ordonez.
The third and final day of the Big Green Invite will begin on Sunday morning.
