Women's Golf heating up in the south while men's lacrosse is getting it done at home.
The men's lacrosse team continues to rack up the wins this spring, while the women's golf team is hitting the links down south. Junior Samantha Yao was the top finisher in the Bama Beach Bash, leading her team to a third-place finish. Freshman Colin McGill is making a run at the men's lacrosse record books, scoring six goals in a win over visiting St. John's on Saturday.

One day after setting a school record with her 3-under 69 in the opening round of the Bama Beach Bash, junior Samantha Yao continued her stellar play and won the 54-hole tournament with a 217 (+1), becoming Dartmouth's first medalist in four years.

Colin McGill was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week on Monday for his performance in Dartmouth's 17-10 defeat of St. John's on Saturday.

The Devon, Pennsylvania, native had eight points from six goals and two assists to lead both teams, with all three categories being career-highs for the freshman. His previous personal record was three points against Bryant. McGill has recorded at least one point in all five of the team's games so far this season.

The Big Green led the Red Storm from start to finish, getting as many as 10 goals ahead in the fourth quarter.
