GLOUCESTER, Mass. – It was announced Wednesday afternoon that three members of the Dartmouth men's ice hockey team earned Krampade American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholar honors for the 2021-22 academic year.
Tyler Campbell,
Mark Gallant and
Steven Townley were all recognized for their achievements in the classroom this year.
To qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester and had to appear in 40% of the team's games.
This marks the second time that Campbell and Gallant have received the honor. Campbell earned his in 2020-21 while Gallant was recognized in 2019-20.
All three were recently named to the 2021-22 ECAC Hockey All-Academic team as well.
