HANOVER, N.H. — Get filled in on the 13 Dartmouth teams in action this week.
Men's Track and Field – Friday, April 14 – Saturday, April 15
The Big Green are set to compete in two meets this weekend. One group of student-athletes will head to Princeton for the Larry Ellis Invitational while the remainder of the team travels to UConn for the UConn Northeast Challenge. Dartmouth is coming off a strong performance at the Duke Invitational which saw Jake Dalton smash the program hammer throw record as well as individual event wins from Rahul Batlanki (triple jump) and Max Klein (shot put).
Women's Track and Field – Friday, April 14 – Saturday, April 15
Dartmouth will be busy with two meets this weekend, Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational and the UConn Northeast Challenge. The Big Green are coming off a successful trip to Duke, highlighted by a win in the 4x100m relay by the group of Perside Ebengo Yolou, Michelle Quinn, Jada Jones, and Bridget McNally, as well as a second-place finish from Maeve Conneely in the high jump.
Men's Lacrosse – Saturday, April 15
After playing seven of its first nine games away from home, the Dartmouth men's lacrosse team returns to the friendly confines of Scully-Fahey Field for two of its last three regular season games, beginning with a big matchup vs. No. 20 Princeton on Saturday. Opening faceoff is set for 1 p.m. on ESPN+. Saturday is also Alumni Day, which will include the 2003 Ivy League Championship team returning to campus 20 years after its 11-3 season. The current-day Big Green stand 6-3 on the season, 1-2 in league play, just half a game out of fourth place. The full preview will be posted on Friday.
Men's Golf – Saturday, April 15
The Dartmouth men's golf team continues it preparation for the Ivy League Championship with a one-day event this weekend in New York. The Big Green will take part in the Roar-EE Invitational, hosted by Ivy League-foe, Yale in Kingston, New York. Last weekend, Dartmouth took part in the Princeton Invitational, where senior co-captain Mark Turner tied for fourth in a field of 78 golfers. Turner and the Big Green look to build momentum as the postseason approaches. Live scoring is available through Golfstat.com.
Men's Lightweight Rowing – Saturday, April 15
The Dartmouth lightweights are set to compete in their lone home race of the season. The Big Green welcome Harvard to town for the Biglin Bowl, and Dartmouth looks to win its second-straight and sixth overall. The races are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on the Connecticut River.
Women's Golf – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16
Dartmouth has one last tune-up before the Ivy League Championship next week as the Big Green play at the Navy Spring Invitational in Annapolis, Maryland, on the academy's 6,084-yard, par-72 course this weekend. The eight-team tournament will include the host school and Yale, and Alex Kirk, the Carolyn A. Pelzel '54a Head Coach of Women's Golf, is taking his entire squad with a lineup of Katherine Sung, Sophie Thai, Samantha Yao, Kim Shen and Penelope Tir. The Big Green are coming off a strong performance at the Harvard Invitational with Thai tying for fourth place in the final standings. The teams will play 18 holes on both Saturday and Sunday with live scoring available through Golfstat.com.
Women's Rowing – Saturday, April 15 - Sunday, April 16
The women's rowing team heads to Princeton this weekend for the Ivy Invite. The two-day regatta includes crews from around the Ivy League and country, with crews flying in from as far away as Southern California and Oregon State. The Big Green begin on Saturday with the Varsity Eight at 11:24 a.m. while Sunday's racing begins at 9:24 a.m. The Ivy Invite can be seen on ESPN+.
Baseball – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16
The Big Green complete an 11-game home stand with a three-game Ivy League series against Yale, then start an eight-game road trip with a non-conference contest at Siena on Wednesday. Check back for the complete series preview versus the Bulldogs on Friday.
Men's Tennis – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16
The Big Green host No. 11 Columbia and No. 36 Cornell in search of a couple key Ivy League wins after splitting two matches last weekend, including a 5-2 victory at Brown, which marked the program's 12th straight win over the Bears. Dartmouth took four points in singles, all of which came in three-set fashion. The Big Green were back home on Sunday and were swept, 7-0, against Yale.
Sailing – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16
The Dartmouth sailing team continues its spring season with a pair of events this weekend. The Big Green are set for a pair of team races on Saturday and Sunday in open and women's competition. Dartmouth will take part in the Thompson Team Race, hosted by the Coast Guard Academy, and the Women's NEISA Team Race Championship, hosted by Harvard.
Women's Tennis – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16
A three-game road stretch continues for the Big Green, who visit Columbia and Cornell while still looking for their first Ivy League victory. Dartmouth earned a 4-1 win over Cornell during the ECAC Championship in February with strong doubles and later singles victories from Ujvala Jupalli, Emily Zhou and Brooke Hess.
Women's Lacrosse – Saturday, April 15 + Tuesday, April 18
The Big Green look to win their third straight game with a trip to Columbia on Saturday afternoon for a pivotal Ivy League contest. Dartmouth has a quick turnaround with the non-conference finale scheduled for Tuesday evening at twin-state rival Vermont. The preview for Saturday's game will be posted on Friday while the preview for Tuesday's game against Vermont will be released on Monday.
Softball – Saturday, April 15 – Sunday, April 16 + Wednesday, April 19
The Dartmouth softball team is set for a crucial three-game series against the Brown Bears this weekend. The Big Green are looking to climb the Ivy League standings this weekend in Providence, Rhode Island. To read the full preview, please click here.
The Big Green will also take on Merrimack at home on Wednesday, April 19 at the Dartmouth Softball Park. The non-conference twin bill is set to begin at 2:00 p.m. A full preview will be available on Tuesday.
