Ryan Tripp of Lightweight Rowing Named Academic All-Ivy

Tripp is recognized for his academic and athletic performances
HANOVER, N.H. – Junior Ryan Tripp of the Dartmouth men's lightweight rowing team has been named to the Academic All-Ivy team.Â
Â
An engineering sciences major, Tripp is a team captain for the Big Green and rows in the seven-seat for the varsity eight. Last summer, Tripp also represented Team USA at the World Rowing U23 Championship.Â

Last weekend at the Eastern Sprints, Tripp helped lead Dartmouth to a spot in the grand final for the first time since 2017. Qualifying for the IRA National Regatta, the boat finished with a time of 5:43.627.Â

The Big Green return to action next Friday, May 31, at the IRA National Regatta at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, New Jersey.
