Dartmouth to Host Football 101 on Wednesday, August 14

HANOVER, N.H. — With football's season opener less than two months away, Dartmouth Athletics is excited to announce that Football 101 is set for Wednesday, Aug. 14. The event will take place from 5:30-7 p.m. at Memorial Field, is free and includes activities for children 12 and under and their parents. The Upper Valley community is invited to join the Big Green football team, coaching staff and their families for a great time that is guaranteed to get you ready for the 2024 season.

Among the activities planned is on-field skill stations run by the Dartmouth football staff, along with photo stations. In addition, there will be free food and a preview of the newly implemented Kids Zone.

Participants are encouraged to wear sneakers and casual clothing in anticipation of light on-field activities. Parking is available in the Thompson Arena Lot. All activities will be on Memorial Field, but in the case of rain, the festivities will be moved indoors.

Members of the Dartmouth Athletics ticketing and marketing teams will be in attendance to help fans join the new Lil' Green Kids Club and purchase 2024 Football Season tickets.
