HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth Athletics has announced the addition of multiple technological and visual improvements in Leede Arena. The improvements include a center hung halo board, two end wall video boards and a new Daktronics scoreboard, equipped with in-game statistics sideboards. In addition, the scorer's tables will be outfitted with eight LED boards.
Â
The technological and visual improvements to Leede Arena are thanks to the Stephen Lewinstein Family '63, P'98 whose donation to Dartmouth Athletics allowed for these additions. Leede is home to the Big Green volleyball, and men's and women's basketball programs.

Â
"Beyond elevating the quality of the fan, coach and student experience, the arena's modernization will allow the facility to better support College-wide events such as the panel discussion with the Surgeons General about the future of mental health and wellness that we hosted in Leede during the last academic year," said Mike Harrity, the Haldeman Family Director of Athletics and Recreation. "On gameday, every person in attendance will benefit from the planned enhancements to Leede Arena. We remain incredibly grateful to Diana and Steve Lewinstein '63, P'98 for their generous gift that has made this possible. We look forward to bringing more improvements to our facilities that advance multiple facets of the College's mission in the future."Â Â
Â
The new and improved scoreboards will allow for teams and fans to view in-game statistics that were not previously available in the arena. The end wall video boards will measure 9.84' x 16.4' and bring enhanced video content that will take Leede Arena to the next level of in-game entertainment. Exclusive content will be made and featured on the video boards to enhance the in-game fan experience and bring thrilling additions to events. Â
