HANOVER, N.H. – Check out all the Big Green teams in action this week.
Men's Squash - Tuesday, December 2, Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6
Men's Squash returns to the court for three matches this week starting Tuesday at Havard. Dartmouth then travels to Bowdoin and Colby for matches on Friday and Saturday. The Big Green are 1-1 this season after falling to Virginia in the season opener and defeating Middlebury in the home opener. Brandon Wang won both his matches on opening weekend as the Big Green have an overall record of 10-8 this season.
Women's Squash - Tuesday, December 2, Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6
Women's Squash hits the court for a trio of matches this week including an Ivy League matchup with Harvard on Tuesday. Dartmouth takes on Bowdoin and Colby this weekend after taking on the Crimson. Dartmouth is off to a 1-1 start after falling to Virginia and defeating Middlebury in their home opener. As a team the Big Green are 10-10 as each of the Big Green players are 1-1 this season.
Women's Basketball – Tuesday, December 2, Friday, December 5 + Sunday, December 7
The Big Green are set for a busy week of home games, hosting Merrimack on Tuesday (6 p.m.), CCSU on Friday (6 p.m.) and Bucknell on Sunday (2 p.m.). Dartmouth has been from games for over two weeks due to final exams, and enters the week with a 3-1 record, marking its best start to a season since 2019-20. Most recently, the Big Green picked up a 65-55 road win at Siena on Sunday, November 16.
Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving – Wednesday, December 5 through Saturday, December 6
The Big Green return to action this week at the Golden Grizzly Classic hosted by Oakland University. The meet will be very similar to the Ivy League Championship in format. Most recently, the women's team picked up a win over Cornell, with a slim defeat to Harvard. The men had a competitive meet against Cornell and Havard as well.
Men's Basketball - Wednesday, December 3 and Saturday, December 6
After claiming its first road win of the season, the men's basketball team will host in-state rival UNH on Wednesday at 7 p.m. for Millennial Appreciation Night. The Big Green will then head west to Laramie, Wyoming, to face Wyoming on Dec. 6 at 4:00 p.m. (2 p.m. locally).
Men's Hockey - Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6
No. 10 Dartmouth men's hockey looks to continue its historic start with a pair of ECAC Hockey games against Ivy foes Brown and Yale. The Big Green are 8-0-0 to start the season for the first time since the 1942-43 season after earning their fourth straight weekend sweep. Dartmouth defeated Vermont 7-2 on Friday night and notched a 1-0 win over Merrimack on Saturday night. CJ Foley was named ECAC Hockey Defender of the Week after having a goal and an assist. Haden Stavroff leads Dartmouth with 11 points in eight games; he has seven goals and four assists. Big Green netminders Roan Clarke and Emmett Croteau have a combined goals against average of 1.13 and a save percentage of .949. Dartmouth squares off with Brown on Friday, December 5 at 7 p.m. and Yale on Saturday, December 6 at 7 p.m.
Women's Hockey – Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6
After five straight games on the road, the Big Green return to Thompson Arena, continuing ECAC Hockey play against the RPI Engineers and Union Garnet Chargers. Dartmouth is coming off a Thanksgiving trip to the State of Hockey, suffering two losses to now #12 Minnesota State. The Big Green have all time winning records against both the Engineers and the Garnet Chargers, a combined 53-20-8 record against the two teams. Puck drop on
both Friday against RPI and Saturday against Union is set for 3 p.m. On Saturday, December 6, both programs will be hosting a Toy Drive. The Dartmouth track and field teams will open the 2025-26 indoor schedule on Friday, traveling to Cambridge for the HBCU vs. Ivy Challenge, hosted by Harvard. The teams will then head to Boston for the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener on Saturday.
