HANOVER, N.H. — Standing 6-1 on the season, the Dartmouth men's lacrosse team has come in at No. 20 in this week's Inside Lacrosse Men's Media Poll, as announced on Monday. The Big Green are winners of five straight games, marking their longest winning streak since 2004. Dartmouth is nationally ranked for the first time since the 2007 season.

The Big Green are coming off a dominant 17-5 win over Hobart Saturday. The winning streak began with a 14-4 win at Holy Cross then continued with home victories over Vermont, Siena and Utah.

Dartmouth stands 15th nationally in scoring offense (13.14) and 18th in scoring defense (8.86). The Big Green are first in groundballs per game (39.29) and second in caused turnovers per contest (12.14).

Next up is the Ivy League opener on Saturday as Dartmouth travels to Penn to face the Quakers. Gametime is set for 7 p.m. under the lights at Franklin Field.
