WACO, Texas—The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) has announced its APHA All-Academic Team. Riley Dickman, Cassidy Exner, Chloe Terestchenko have been named First-Team All-Academic while Samantha Takacs has been named Second Team All-Academic.
Ellie Brown, Dickman, Erica Dunne, Exner, Olivia Hochberg, Mary Haferd, Isabelle Lin, Jordan Rodgers, Grace Silverman, Alexa Strauss, Takacs, and Terestchenko have all been named All-Academic Honor Roll.
To be named to the first team, student-athletes must have competed in a minimum of 70 percent of the school's meets, not including demo or exhibition rides, while earning a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
12 members of the Big Green were named to the NCEA Academic Honor Roll for garnering a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher while maintaining full-time enrollment in the previous spring and fall, respectively.
The Big Green look for the program's first national championship starting on Friday, April 18 in the semifinals against No. 1 Lynchburg in Ocala, Fla. starting at 2 PM.
