Senior (2019-20): Alternate captain … played in all 29 games throughout her final season … came alive in the second half of the season and had three points from a trio of assists in games against Franklin Pierce (12/13), Clarkson (1/24) and RPI (2/15).
Junior (2018-19): As a junior, she appeared in 22 contests … ended the season with a career-high five points (1-4-5) … had a two-point performance (0-2-2) in the win over Union (11/30) … every one of her points came in conference contests.
Sophomore (2017-18): Played in all 27 games as a sophomore … wrapped up her season with three points (2-1-3) … scored in back-to-back games against Holy Cross (11/24) and Princeton (12/01) … had an assist in the 3-2 win over Union (1/05).
Freshman (2016-17): Appeared in all 28 games throughout her first season in Hanover … ended the year with two assists … her first collegiate point came in the 3-2 overtime win over Princeton (11/12) and her second was in the 4-1 victory over Yale to end the year (2/18) … she was +1 at the end of the season.
Before Dartmouth: Attended the Warner Hockey School and the Virden Collegiate Institute, where she was a five-time letter winner in hockey and softball … represented Saskatchewan at both the Canadian Winter Games and the U18 Nationals in Ontario … JWHL All-Star Team … softball Rookie of the Year … Academic Gold Diploma … Warner Drama Production lead role.
Personal: Sydney Ellen Hill is the daughter of R. Clarke and Christine Ewert Hill … both of her parents are veterinarians … has two brothers … mother was part of the Canadian Pro Rodeo … grandfather was a pitcher for the Winnipeg Maroons.
