Michael Derosier joined the Dartmouth staff in 2007 as an assistant athletic trainer. When he started, Derosier worked primarily with the Big Green football team and women's basketball teams after spending nine years as an athletic trainer at Princeton.

Entering his 17th year with the Big Green in the 2024-25 season, Derosier now works with the men's ice hockey and men's swim and dive teams.

A certified athletic trainer (ATC), he is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Derosier graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1991 with a bachelor of science degree in physical education, then earned a master’s degree in athletic training from Old Dominion University in 1994.

Prior to his years at Princeton, Derosier was an assistant athletic trainer at Monmouth University in New Jersey from 1994-98. At Monmouth he was also an adjunct faculty member.

Michael and his wife, Lori, an elementary school teacher, have two sons, Jacob and Matthew.
