SOPHOMORE (2025-26): Competed in 15 regattas across the fall and spring seasons… Opened the year with an A Division win at the Harry Anderson Trophy… Also finished on the A Division podium at the Hatch Brown Trophy (2nd) and the first round of the Open Atlantic Coast Championship (3rd)… Best spring finish was second at the Marchiando Trophy Team Race… Also helped the Big Green to podium finishes at the McMerrick Team Race and the NEISA Open Team Race Championship.
FIRST-YEAR (2024-25): Sailed in 12 regattas this season… Started the year with a first place finish at the Harvard Invitational… Won the B Division at the Open Atlantic Coast Championship Final… All six fall finishes were in the top ten… Best spring finish was second at the Thompson Trophy… Posted the third highest B Division score at the Open Fleet Race National Championship.
Before Dartmouth: Sailed at Mater Dei High School and was a member of the NB4T C420 team... A C420 North American Champion and Triple Crown Champion... Two-time CJ Buckley Race Champion... Two-time high school fleet race champion... Three-time high school team race vice champion.
Personal: Son of Ryan and Elizabeth Decker... Has two brothers, Preston, and Reade who sails at Stanford... Interested in majoring in economics with hopes to work on Wall Street... Is a 2 handicap in golf... Enjoys surfing, golf, and spending time with friends in his free time.
