Krista Patronick is entering her second season as the director of hockey operations in 2019-20 after arriving in Hanover in September of 2018.

During the 2017-18 season, Patronick worked in the same capacity with the Colgate women's hockey team. While there, she coordinated all team travel logistics and day to day operations. She was also in charge of the coordination and distribution of all team video, communicating with the players and staff, and developing a social media plan.

Before moving to the collegiate level, Patronick was general manager for the Boston Blades of Canadian Women's Hockey League (May 2015 – August 2017). There, she was responsible for all day-to-day team operations, including the hiring and retaining of coaches, game-day staff and volunteers, and the recruiting of players. She also coordinated team scheduling and was in charge of marketing.

Patronick graduated from UMass Lowell in 2009 with a bachelor's in English. She completed her master's in sports management at Southern New Hampshire in 2013.
