Alyssa Norman joined The Big Green in March 2025 as the Assistant Director for Donor Relations & Stewardship.
Prior to joining Dartmouth, Norman spent nearly two years with the Tucson Roadrunners of the AHL, where she served as the Corporate Service Coordinator. In this role, she was responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering sponsorship activations, and conducting in-depth analyses to optimize revenue opportunities. Her efforts resulted in increased client retention and growth within the team’s corporate partnerships.
In August 2021, she joined Pegula Sports & Entertainment (PSE) in Buffalo, N.Y. where she worked with both the Buffalo Sabres (NHL) and the Buffalo Bandits (NLL) as the Business Development Partnership Assistant. She collaborated with the activation team to ensure the successful execution of partnership assets and played a key role in sponsorship promotions. Additionally, she supervised a team of six interns, overseeing operations before and during game days.
In 2021, she also served on the Game Day Operations Staff for the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB) while the team played their season in Buffalo, N.Y. due to COVID-19. She worked closely with fans, ensuring a positive experience at the ballpark.
Following graduation from Niagara University in 2019, she returned to her alma mater as the Graduate Assistant for Alumni Relations. In this role, she developed marketing materials for multiple campaigns, including Niagara's Day of Giving, and coordinated various alumni events, including the planning and execution of Alumni Weekend. She also managed all social media accounts for the Alumni Relations Office.
Norman has also volunteered and interned with several high-profile events, including NASCAR (2024), the 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four, the Niagara Power (NYCBL), and the 2018 and 2019 MAAC Basketball Tournaments.
The Madrid, N.Y. native earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Niagara University in 2019, followed by a Master’s in Sports Management from the same institution in 2021.
