Andrew Gallagher joined Dartmouth Athletics in July of 2026. Gallagher comes to the Upper Valley after stints with Duke and the University of Miami.
Gallgher's most recent stop was in Miami, Fla. where he served as a Graduate Assistant with the University of Miami Athletic Development team from August of 2025 through 2026. In this role, Gallagher supported donor engagement and athletic fundraising initiatives through game-day hospitality coordination, donor communications, and donor outreach efforts. Additionally, Gallagher assisted with strategic development initiatives including donor gifts, newsletters, email campaigns, and technology-driven engagement efforts. While at UMiami, Gallagher also earned his Master of Science in Sport Administration.
Prior to his role at Miami, Gallagher worked as an intern with Duke Athletics during the summers of 2023 and 2024. In this role, he assisted with athlete research and roster analysis while gaining experience in fundraising and athletic administration.
Gallagher graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Denison University in 2025. Gallagher was a four-year student-athlete on the golf team at Denison. As a student-athlete, Gallagher received Second-Team All-NCAC honors twice while competing for the men's golf team. He was also recognized for his success in both athletics and academics, earning NCAC Academic Honor Roll honors, Academic All-District® recognition from College Sports Communicators, and Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors. Furthermore, Gallagher was also inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society, and was named NCAC Men's Golf Athlete of the Week twice his senior season.
Andrew's parent, Ed and Janis, reside in his hometown of Greenville, North Carolina, while his older sister Allison resides in Memphis, Tennessee.
