Ben Serdy joined Dartmouth in November of 2025 as a Strength and Conditioning intern for the men's rugby team.
Before Dartmouth, Serdy served as the men's rugby strength and conditioning coach and skills coach at his alma mater, San Diego State. Serdy graduated from SDSU in 2024 with his BS in Kinesiology. He also has his MS in Kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
With the Aztecs, Serdy was responsible for strength and conditioning programming as well as defensive and passing skills, while assisting with the team's social media and marketing efforts. As their strength coach, Serdy helped lower the injury rate of SDSU men's rugby from 50% of total club sports injuries to less than 20% in only one year.
