Shearin has lead Big Green Sports Properties since August 2020, connecting local, regional, and national brands to Dartmouth Athletics and Recreation. These strategic partnerships are designed to support both student-athletes and the community through thoughtful alignment with like-minded businesses and organizations. From in-venue signage, to philanthropic outreach, Shearin and Big Green Sports Properties work closely with the entire external team within Dartmouth Athletics and Recreation to create lasting benefits for all involved.

Prior to her position as General Manager, Shearin served as the Coordinator of Partnership Services, beginning in May of 2018. This time spent deeply ingrained in the Dartmouth and Upper Valley Community helped build the foundation for her later role.

Before arriving in Hanover, Shearin spent time with fellow Ivy League constituent, the Brown Bears. During her stint in Providence, she performed a wide variety of duties for the Brown Athletics’ Marketing, Ticketing, and Promotions team.

A 2017 graduate of Penn State University, Shearin has a degree in Marketing and International Business.
