Kelsey Fee joined the Dartmouth women's lacrosse program as an assistant coach in August of 2023.
She enters her third season with the Big Green in 2026.
Fee comes to Hanover after spending the past two seasons as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at New Hampshire. In her role with the Wildcats, Fee served as the goalkeepers coach and implemented specific individual plans for each player as well as aiding in the defensive game plan and execution.
Prior to UNH, Fee spent two and a half years at Amherst as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. During her time with the Mammoths, she also served as the defensive coordinator and led goalkeeper development. Fee’s experience includes a three-year stint as an event and operations intern for the East Coast Region of the United Women’s Lacrosse League.
Fee began her collegiate career at Ithaca before transferring to Wagner. As a goalkeeper for the Seahawks, Fee led Wagner to three Northeast Conference championships and was named the Tournament MVP in 2019, posting nine saves in a 7-6 victory in the final. She was named to the Northeast Conference All-Academic team all four years with the Seahawks.
Fee earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in film studies from Wagner in 2019.
