HANOVER, N.H. - The Dartmouth men's basketball team will try to get back on track at Leede Arena Monday night against the University of
California, Davis after seeing a two-game win streak snapped with a 70-43 loss at Stony Brook on Saturday afternoon.
Dartmouth will bring a 3-4 record into the contest against UC Davis, which fell to 4-3 with a 73-57 loss at Brown on Saturday. The loss
broke a three-game winning streak for the Aggies, who will match their season win total from a year ago with their next victory.
The Big Green is 1-1 at home this season while UC Davis is in search of its first road win of the campaign.
Alex Barnett leads Dartmouth with 17.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. DeVon Mosley is next at 14.1 points.
Shane Hanson tops UC Davis with 13.0 points per game while Vince Oliver is at 12.6. Mark Payne is the leading rebounder at 5.0 per game.
This will be the third meeting between Dartmouth and UC Davis. Although Mike Lang poured in 31 points, the Aggies claimed a 98-97
double-overtime victory in California on Dec. 20, 2004. Senior co-captain Michael Giovacchini scored 10 points as the Big Green evened
the series on Nov. 25, 2005 with a 66-61 win in Hanover.
