BOSTON, Mass. - Senior captain Natalie Stoll (Portland, Ore.) and sophomore Christina Supino (Windham, N.H.) both posted all-time top-five finishes in their respective events to lead the Dartmouth women's track and field team at ECAC Championships in Boston.
Stoll continued to have success on the last day of the indoor season in the 500 meters as she took fourth overall with a time of 1:13.84, which is second all-time. She improved her time from her preliminary heat on Saturday as she was fourth going into the final at 1:14.42.
Supino qualified for the finals in the 1000 meters after a prelim run of 2:54.55, which put her eighth and was the second-to-last to make the final round. With another chance to prove herself in the finals, she moved up two spots and finished sixth overall with a time of 2:52.32. The time was fourth all-time in Dartmouth history in the 1000 meters.
Freshman Emmaline Berg (Holliston, Mass.) concluded her first indoor season as the top thrower for the Big Green and she took eighth in the shot put with a toss of 13.72 meters (45-00.25).
