CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Dartmouth men's and women's track and field teams saw another weekend of split squad action in Massachusetts over the weekend, with some athletes performing at the Battle Road Meet at MIT while others were at The FIRE Meet hosted by Williams College.
The two meets served as a final tune-up for Dartmouth before the Ivy League Outdoor Championships, scheduled to begin on Saturday.
Andie Murray led the Big Green at the Battle Road Meet, winning the 800m with a final time of 2:06.26. Eric Sankey finished fourth in the 1500m, with a time of 3:52.24. Mitchell Kisgen finished third in the 400m, finishing the event in 50.55.
Down in Williamstown, Sarah Slowikowski won the discus with a 43.88m throw. On the men's side, Yomi Babalola placed fourth in the discus with a 48.12m throw.
