HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's tennis team lost a hard fought match, 4-3, to 49th-ranked Cornell on Saturday at the Boss Tennis Center. The Big Green fell to 10-5 overall and 1-1 in the Ivy League.
Cornell
jumped out to an early lead by claiming two of the three doubles matches to gain a 1-0
advantage. In singles, five out of six matches went the full three
sets. In the end, the Big Red
claimed the victory by winning three of the six singles matches. Junior Michael Laser (Glencoe, Ill.), senior Curtis Roby (New York, N.Y.) and junior Chris Ho (Los Altos, Calif.) all won their singles matches for the Big Green.
Dartmouth will be back in action at Princeton and Penn next weekend.
