QUICK NOTES
• Senior Alex Adelabu scored with 4:18 remaining in regulation to propel the Dartmouth men's soccer team over Fordham, 2-1, on Thursday evening. With the win, the Big Green advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament and will face Big East Tournament champion Providence.
• Dartmouth is 11-2-1 against the Friars in the all-time series record, dating back to the first meeting on Oct. 11, 1986, when the Big Green won 2-0. Dartmouth faced Providence in the first round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament and fell 1-0 to the Friars
• Junior Stefan Cleveland made two saves in the victory and kept the game scoreless in the first with a diving save on Fordham's Aleksandar Mastilovic. A header in the 76th minute was the only ball to get past the Dayton, Ohio native.
• Freshman Matt Danilack finished the game with two assists and was a vital part of the offensive attack. Danilack was credited with the primary helpers on both Dartmouth goals — first using his head on Alnas' tally and then sending a through ball to Adelabu.
