Dartmouth Heads to Penn for 2016 ECAC Indoor Champs

HANOVER, N.H. – The No. 34 Dartmouth men's tennis team will head to Penn for the 2016 ECAC Indoor Tennis Championship, which will take place from Friday through Sunday, Feb. 12-14 at the Hecht Tennis Center.

The eight-team championship features seven Ivy League teams, missing only Columbia. St. John's will be the only non-conference opponent present.

Dartmouth is the No. 2 seed and will open play at 2 p.m. on Friday against seventh-seeded Penn.

Just four of the teams entered in the event appear in the most recent ITA National Team Rankings: Harvard (T32), Dartmouth (34), Princeton (45) and Cornell (60).

At last year's championship, the second-seeded Big Green fell to No. 1 seed Harvard by a score of 6-1.
