PRINCETON, N.J. — Ivy Madness is ready to return to Philadelphia! Multi-session and group tickets will go on sale Friday, Dec. 1 at 10 a.m. for the 2018 Ivy League Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments, March 10-11 at The Palestra.
Prices for multi-session tickets range from $30 - $295. Starting at 10 a.m., tickets can be purchased online at IvyMadness.com/Tickets or by calling the Ivy League Box Office at (215) 703-3231.
The Tournaments will feature the top four men's and women's teams competing for the right to represent the Ivy League in March Madness.
All-session books include all four semifinals on Saturday and both championship games on Sunday. The women's session only book will include access to the two women's semifinals on Saturday and the women's championship game on Sunday.
This year, the League is excited to introduce group packages. The “Full Court package” gives groups that purchase 50 tickets or more the opportunity to scrimmage on the Palestra court during halftime of a select tournament game. The “three-point package” allows groups that purchase 20 tickets or more the opportunity to create a fan tunnel as teams take the court. Pricing for group rates start as low as $210.
Last year, the Princeton men's team and the Penn's women team were crowned champions of the inaugural tournament and earned a berth to March Madness. The 12th-seeded Tigers lost to fifth seed Notre Dame, 60-58, while No. 12 Penn nearly defeated No. 5 Texas A&M.
The Ivy League has a long history of success in the NCAA men's and women's basketball tournaments, including winning six games over the last eight years.
