NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Dartmouth women's tennis freshman
Jingyi Peng fell in her opening match at the ITA Northeast Regional Championship at Yale on Friday.
The Big Green rookie faced Christie Wan of Columbia, falling by a score of 6-0, 6-2.
"While it wasn't the result Jingyi wanted, she competed very well and showed both grit and resiliency," head coach
Bob Dallis said. "We are looking forward to showing what was learned from this match at the Big Green Invite."
The Dartmouth squad will head to Providence this weekend for the Brown Invite.
