Dartmouth Breaks 800 Free Relay Record on Day One of Ivies

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Dartmouth men's swimming and diving opened the 2020 Ivy League Championship on Wednesday with the swimming of two relays.

In the 200 medley relay, the Big Green placed eighth (1:31.03). Made up of Noah Hensley, Parker Hershberger, Matt Luciano and Tim Cushman, Dartmouth picked up 44 points.

The Green were fifth in the 800 free relay (6:28.88), breaking the program record from last season by almost five seconds. Composed of Connor LaMastra, Tim Park, John Hall and Joe Moll, the relay out-touched Cornell by almost three seconds.

Day two of the meet will begin with the 500 free.
