Dartmouth volleyball will close the 2021 season at home this weekend, welcoming the top two teams in the Ivy League to Leede Arena. The Big Green will face Yale on Friday and Brown the following evening.

TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
Dartmouth's four seniors will be playing their final games of the careers this weekend.
Bella Hedley,
Nicole Liddle,
Francesca Meldrum and
Emma Moffet will be recognized before the match against Brown on Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
Scores of 3-1 against both Columbia and Cornell on the road last weekend completed the season sweep of the two teams. This increased Dartmouth's winning streak to four straight and six of the last seven.
·     Throughout the weekend, the Big Green had a total of 102 digs, which is a season record.
·     Against the Big Red (25-18, 25-20, 27-29, 25-20),
Karen Murphy,
Taite Ryan and
Makenzie Arent all had double-doubles.
·     This was the first time Dartmouth had beaten Cornell on the road since 2015.
·     The following day versus the Lions (25-17, 25-20, 21-25, 28-26), Ryan and
Emma Engstrom had double-doubles.
·     Ryan was named the Ivy League Player of the Week for the first time in her career.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Yale is currently tied with Princeton for second in the conference with a record of 8-4. Since their win over the Big Green in October, the Bulldogs have gone 5-2, having their five-match winning streak stopped by Princeton last weekend. Yale is the only team to have bested Brown thus far.

LAST TIME AGAINST YALE
On Oct. 9, the Green were defeated by the Bulldogs, 3-1 (15-25, 25-22, 20-25, 22-25).

Arent had a double-double (19A, 12D), while Engstrom led with 26 assists and
Ellie Blain was first with 10 points.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
Unanimous Ivy League champion Brown has been sitting alone at the top of the standings for a few weeks now. The Bears' loss to Yale at the end of October ended their 10-match run, but they've already got a four-match streak going again. Brown also earned the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

On Oct. 8, the Big Green fell to the Bears, 3-0 (17-25, 17-25, 14-25) on the road.

Piper Stevens led with seven kills and seven points, while Arent and Murphy were tied for first with 11 assists.
Nicole Liddle and Engstrom both had 14 digs.
