PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Dartmouth women's tennis returned to competition for the first time since February of 2020 on day one of the three-day Brown Invitational, winning six singles and two doubles matches on Friday.
Katie Weber,
Elizabeth Fahrmeier,
Chloe Yoo, and
Nicole Conard went 2-0 on the day, winning a singles and a doubles match apiece. All six of those victories came against Stony Brook players.
In addition,
Ashley Hess had a 6-4, 6-4 win over a UMass player, while
Ameliija Swaffer-Selff defeated her opponent from Rhode Island, 6-4, 6-3.
The Big Green will be back for day two of the Brown Invite on Saturday.
