HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's tennis team battled Rutgers and UMass on the second day of action in the Big Green Invitational.
After an opening day that featured
Chidimma Okpara's win over the reigning Ivy League Player of the Year, Dartmouth won two doubles matches and
Ujvala Jupalli earned the lone singles victory.
The Hess sisters were victorious in doubles for a second straight outing, defeating a UMass duo, and
Ashley Hess added another victory alongside Okpara, downing Rutgers. Jupalli defeated Chloe Brown from Rutgers comfortably in two sets. Okpara and Brooke Hess both forced three-set matches against their Scarlet Knight counterparts.
Sunday marks the end of the Big Green Invitational.
