Fasanelli Finishes Third at UMass Multis Meet

AMHERST, Mass — Senior Gabriela Fasanelli of the Dartmouth women's track and field team finished in third place at the UMass Multis Meet on Thursday.

Fasanelli sat in third place after day one and finished in third with a personal best 4454 points. Vermont's Lauren Triarsi took first (4589 pts.) followed by UMass' Elizabeth Lodge in second (4480 pts.).

Three events remained on Thursday, long jump, javelin, and the 800m run. Fasanelli won the javelin with a throw of 25.43m. She took third in both the long jump and 800m run with marks of 5.09m and 2:33.62, respectively.
